What you need to know about refund requests

• Our refund policy was made to be transparent so your experience is as smooth as possible and gives you a “fair go” by using a baseline standard.
• If there is actually a problem with the product, Money is recovered to iDesignix’s wallet.
  *(If it is confirmed that the problem is with the product)
• Also, the product causing the problem will be deleted immediately.

Before requesting a refund

• Make sure the product information page is displayed.
• Ensure the item is being used for its intended function and purpose.
